The 2001 vintage was a good one for Gloria Ferrer, and this brut, made almost equally from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, is exceptionally delicious. It was held on the lees all this time, giving it a creamy yeastiness in addition to savory lime, strawberry and vanilla flavors. Drink now.
