This takes the color rosé to an extreme. Almost white, with only the palest hint of color, it comes from 80-year-old Grenache vines. That creates what little concentration this light and delicate wine has. There is an attractive spicy herbal character that lies at the back of this fruity wine. || No modesty here in the “extraordinary” tag.
