Sourced from two different Sagemoor sites—Bacchus, planted in 1972; and Weinbau, planted in 1995—this pure Cabernet has a raisined, very ripe flavor that suggests it should be consumed now. There is a generous overlay of dark chocolate smoothing out the substantial tannins.
