Despite it's finely filigreed mouthfeel, this gorgeous Auslese is lavishly concentrated with honey and citrus flavors. Piercing fruit flavors and electric acidity hit the palate like lightning before fading into a crush of dusty mineral remains. Beautifully composed and already enjoyable, it's sure to improve through the next decade or longer.
