Made from organically farmed grapes, it starts with aromas of mature black fruit, turned soil, blue flower and spice. The succulent palate delivers fleshy black cherry accented with notes of vanilla, Mediterranean herbs and cinnamon-spice alongside fine but tightly-knit tannins. Drink 2015–2021.
