A blend of Friulano, Chardonnay and Sauvignon, this opens with aromas evoking toast, butterscotch, aromatic herb and graphite. The rounded palate offers dried yellow apple, crushed thyme, lemon peel and a hint of salty mineral. It closes on a pleasantly bitter almond note.
