This bottling is extremely light in aroma and flavor (though both will increase with bottle age), so its texture is its strongest selling point. Faint peach skin, nectarine flesh, melon and citrus aromas lead into a perfectly grippy palate, where citrus peel and beeswax flavors crescendo into the finish.
