Smooth, mellow, chunky, sweet and heavily oaked. It's a modern New World Chard in every way; the palate is full, chunky and sweet, with flavors of spiced apple and tropical fruits including banana. Vanilla and cream carry the finish, and overall this is well made and rich but unctuous.
