Josh Jensen's 40 years of experience result in an expert wine that subtly delivers a touch of everything needed, but nothing in excess. The nose boasts scorched peach flesh at the core with squeezed lime on the edges, and the palate offers apple skin, nectarine flesh and lime zest, with a faint display of the nuttiness that will emerge with time. Elegant and excellent.
