Soft and voluptuous in blackberry, currant and chocolate flavors, very cinnamon-pepper spicy and a little sweet, this Zin brings to mind simple comfort foods, like chipped beef, corned beef hash, barbecued ribs, beef tacos and cheeseburgers.
