Another entry from Sadie's Old Vine Series, this Cinsault leads with wild, earthy aromas of game and savory herbs like sage, bay leaf and rooibos tea that are layered atop the red currant and tart cherry fruit tones. There's a touch of sharpness to the palate, with bright acidity and fine tannins that frame the sour cherry, rhubarb and citrus fruit. Enjoy through 2017.
