This is a solid wine, full-bodied and dry, and while it's a little rustic on its own, barbecue will elevate it. Blended from the two Cabernets, Sauvignon and Franc, as well as 10% Syrah, its blackberry and cherry fruit is complexed with smoked meat and tamari, set off with crisp acidity.
