Not as impressive as the Esprit de Granit bottling, this is nonetheless a solid Northern Rhône Syrah, with herbal notes accenting dark fruit. The moderately concentrated plum flavors show touches of coffee and chocolate, turning crisp on the finish. Drink now and over the next few years.
