An earthy-style wine emphasizing dark stone fruits, beetroot, tomato, and hard spices, all in that Santa Barbara/Bien Nacido style. Seasoned with generous oak, it tastes young and full-bodied, with big fruit and spice. Needs big foods, like roasts, or you can age it to settle it down.
