Grassy notes of green conference pear with incredibly ripe overtones of yellow plum give a fruity but non-tropical spin on Sauvignon Blanc. A strident vein of acidity keeps everything superfresh and lively. Vibrant and full of fruit, this shows what Sauvignon Blanc can do in the right climate in the right hands. The lingering citrus and fruit finish just calls for another sip.
