As Marlborough becomes increasingly planted-out and pricy, expect to see more wine from Waipara, a region along the South Island's eastern coast. This light-bodied Sauvignon Blanc is somewhat neutral, but does show some attractive lime zest and grapefruit shadings. Drink now.
