This is an attractive fruity wine with flavors of apples wrapped in lemon zest that yield a delicious, refreshing acidity as well as a zingy texture. It has a creamy mousse that balanes the crispness with touch of richness from the fine, full aftertaste. || Based in the Jura, this producer blends grapes from other regions to make this fresh, crisp and apple-flavored wine. It's light, bright and just off dry, with attractive acidity. Like it's rosé partner, it is really for apéritifs.
