Restrained Mirabelle fruit is contained on a focused and streamlined palate that provides as much refreshment as it does texture. It manages to refresh and has lots of backbone. || Aromas of vanilla-baked apple makes for an inviting, mellow white wine whose richness is tempered by a structured, almost phenolic palate. Made from an indigenous Austrian variety, it's versatile and will shine when served with hearty, rich foods.
