From cool-climate Leyda along the coastline, this SB is fairly grassy and green. The nose shows hints of green bean and peas, while the flavor profile rotates around a mix of honeydew melon and pea pod. Good mouthfeel and finishing persistence are positives; but in the final analysis it seems a little vegetal.
