Saint-Aubin, in the hills behind Puligny-Montrachet, is the Roux family's home village. With this white, they have brought out the softness as well as the richness of the village's wines. A lemon flower aroma is followed by notes of citrus and white fruit, with a touch of spice. || Beautiful green-plum flavored fruit shows how good Saint-Aubin can be. The vanilla flavors from wood fermentation and aging simply underline the pure, vivid flavors. Drink in three to 10 years.
