Harvested on the night of the new moon (hence the name); this was aged in one-year-old French oak. The fruit stands out, striking for its dense purple shade, its meaty undertones and its pretty purity. It's overlaid with big barrel flavors of caramel and toast—delicious, but dominant. Let it breathe!
