This was fermented from dried Barbera, Sangiovese and Nebbiolo grapes, concentrating the flavors yet retaining an elegant lightness that belies its high alcohol. Mixed fig, raisin, soy and chocolate components lend extra complexity. It's drinking well and is perfect for near-term consumption.
