This Brut, Chardonnay-based sparkling wine is fantastically fresh and light with lively aromas of green apple, citrus, talc powder and drying mineral. It shows steely perlage and a foamy texture. || Toasted or yeasty notes appear at first and are followed by creamy peach, apricot and yellow rose.
