Rudiae is a soft and velvety expression of Primitivo (a grape that is genetically linked to Californian Zinfandel) with jammy aromas of black cherry, currant and sweet cinnamon or vanilla. The wine tastes plump and round and would pair with pasta al forno. || Natural characteristics of the Primitivo grape include bold fruit tones of blackberry and blueberry, backed by plush sweetness and dark richness. Rudiae offers all of those qualities with added spice notes from oak aging in large wooden casks.
