This wine develops slowly in the mouth, providing a finely structured, rich and elegant character. There's a round white-fruit flavor that's shot through with taut acidity. With its tight finish, it could age a few more months. || Fairly dry as Alsace Gewürz goes these days, with a leaner, tighter mouthfeel and less flamboyant aromas than many. Pear and melon flavors finish with a peppery edge.
