It's unheard of for a winery to hold back a Sangiovese for more than four years before releasing it, but DeLorimier did. It's done the wine well, allowing it to soften and mellow. It's still quite acidic, and a little rustic as California Sangiovese tends to be, but there's a lot of deliciousness. Try as an interesting alternative to Pinot Noir.
