This is a wine that need some age. Not a lot, but a few years for the edges to soften. It has some tannins and youthful acids, and an oaky veneer, that haven't integrated yet with the cherry and coffee fruit. A good sleep in a good cellar through 2007 or 2008 will do wonders.
