Young and firm to the point of tightness, this suggests a light mix of celery, cucumber, lemon and apple, with a whiff of coconut. There's a woody—not toasty—scent underlying it and carrying through on the palate. || The aromas of moss, mineral and plum are light and elusive, providing contrast to the palate's broad, juicy, ripe fruit flavors.
