Ready as it will ever be, this mildly baked red starts with minty aromas and chocolate. The palate is saturated and full of fruit, but the feel is a touch thin given the color and the lightly cooked aromas. Drink now with food and it will satisfy. || Light red to brick in color. Starts out spicy and leathery with more rhubarb and bramble than, say, black fruit. Tastes largely of raspberry and strawberry before finishing with caramel and a touch of toast.
