Aromas that recall red berry, violet, underbrush, tilled soil and brown baking spice slowly emerge in the glass. The svelte, elegant palate delivers wild cherry, licorice, clove, aromatic herb and a mineral note alongside nervous acidity and polished tannins. Give it a few more years to fully develop. Drink 2018–2023.
