Will it age? That's the question for this Cab, from a winery better known for Monterey Chardonnay. Right now it's a bit sharp and obvious, with ultra-ripe, jammy berry-cherry and chocolate flavors and firm tannins. But the balance seems to be there. If you don't want to cellar it, enjoy with barbecue.
