This is basically a Bordeaux blend based on Cabernet Sauvignon, with a hefty dollop of Petite Sirah. The latter brings tannic weight and dark color, but the most remarkable feature is the deep, delicious flavor. This wine floods the mouth with blackberry tart, dark chocolate, anise and sandalwood flavors.
