This label is owned by Parxet, a cava producer, and it delivers a solid, youthful taste of Ribera. There's pepper and earth, and a little oak on the nose. Flavor-wise, it's loaded with snappy black cherry and plum. At first take it's simple and forward, but always tasty and ripe. And with airing a bit of complexity comes on.
