A very flowery interpretation with gardenia, freesia and carnations on the nose that carry over to the palate where they merge with fresh orange peel. There's only moderate intensity and complexity here, but the exceptionally pretty nose and the crisp, linear finish make for a nice overall package. Serve with flounder.
