Lithe yet concentrated, this gorgeous Spätburgunder balances crisp-tart blackberry and cherry flavors against shades of earth, game and dusty minerality. Zesty cranberry acidity and fine grained, persistent tannins lend four-square structure. The finish lingers on a rich, umami tone. It drinks beautifully already but should improve through 2025.
