Dry, crisp and lavendery, like a Provençal rosé, but distinctly California due to the ripe, forward cherry and strawberry flavors. This blush wine is really fun to drink. It's as easy as a summer afternoon, yet has the complexity to stand up to a rich, ample bouillabaisse.
