Marc Mondavi, who is the eldest son of the late Peter Mondavi, has a reputation as a bona fide water witch, hence the name of his wine project. This is his first venture into Oregon, and it's a welcome addition to the growing ranks of value Pinots from the Willamette Valley. Elegant and affordable, it's loaded with soft, accessible cherry and chocolate flavors, smooth as silk.
