This Cabernet Sauvignon's char, vanilla, caramel, toast, herb and dark fruit scents are followed by equal parts fruit and barrel flavors. It delivers enjoyment notwithstanding the heavy oak influence, which may yet integrate in the bottle. || Blended with 13% Syrah, this wine opens with notes of cassis, smoke, sweet herb, vanilla and tar.
