Decent, by most definitions, but a clumsy wine. It's hot in high alcohol, simple and jammy sweet in blackberries and cherries, and the oak sticks out like a sore thumb. Not going anywhere. || An awkward Cabernet, super-high in alcohol and almost dessert sweet, with glyceriney flavors of blackberry and cherry jam. Lacks dryness, elegance and balance. || Too ripe, with a raisiny edge to the currants and blackberries. Hot, too, with 15.5% of alcohol.
