Salice Salentino is a historic Italian red wine made with a blend of Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera. This interpretation shows off sun-ripened aromas of prune, raisin and cherry liqueur. The mouthfeel is plush and chewy, but also marked by a firm tannic backbone and lingering cinnamon and nutmeg.
