Scented freshness of lemon and apple hits the nose. The palate follows with frothy lively mousse that majors on crisp lemon flavors. This is tart and bracing, refreshing and totally joyful. It leaves the palate tingling with English verve but also hints at hedonism underneath through some stony depths, then finishes with a brisk flourish.
