One of the firm's single-vineyard bottlings, this opens with aromas of truffle, ripe bluish-black fruit, just turned soil and a whiff of purple flower. Fermented and aged in clay vessels, the round, vibrant palate delivers juicy wild cherry, crushed raspberry, white pepper and grilled herb. It's well balanced, with fresh acidity and soft tannins.
