With its creamy texture and ripe apple fruits, this is a rich, rounded style. It is certainly fresh while also having yellow and white stone fruit flavors cut by acidity and citrus. Coming from the southern Côte de Bar, this is an open fruity Champagne that still has plenty of the proper steely aftertaste. At nine years, the wine is ready to drink.
