Full, with mushrooms, toast and an earthy element on the nose, this example opens to a palate of toast, apple and baked-pear flavors. Displays a fairly rich mouthfeel, with an appealing texture and bead. Finishes long, dry and classy, with tart plum notes and a mineral complement.
