Dark, bitterly dry and mouth-puckeringly tannic, this is not a wine for those looking for immediate hedonistic pleasure. Although extensive decanting and big, rich meats and cheeses will help, it's really built for the cellar. Should hold and soften for 20 years. || At 15.8% alcohol and observable sweetness, we really are talking Port here.
