Sourced from the Hightower vineyard on Red Mountain, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is firm, full, tannic and dense. It compares favorably with wines from the iconic Klipsun vineyard just down the road. A thick mix of smoke, coffee, cassis, herb and dark chocolate swirls up from the glass and on through the palate.
