This attractive, aromatic wine is bone-dry, crisp and fresh. With its white fruits cut by a line of steely acidity, it's a tight, fragrant single-vineyard wine needing to age. Drink from 2016. || Subdued, riper fruit has not yet come to the surface. Notions of Bramley apple are evoked on the nose; on the palate they show as the more rounded flavor of baked Bramley.
