The inaugural vintage of this project, this bottling shows snappy black and white pepper, black raspberry, cranberry, beef tartare, tight purple flowers and a tiny touch of pork fat on the nose. The light, frothy palate presents all manner of pepper, from white and black to green, as well as tart boysenberry juice and a touch of asphalt.
