This rich, spicy blend of Alfrocheiro, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Jaen from winemaker Carlos Lucas offers rich black-plum fruits with layers of wood flavors. It is generous, juicy with some firm tannins and plenty of toasty wood flavors. Everything needs some time to soften, so wait to drink until 2019.
