Made with a classic Champagne blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this is the simplest of Iron Horse's bubblies. It's elegant, and should be consumed in its youth. || A good brut-style wine, a little sweet in the dosage, but with sound acidity. The bubbles are scoury.
